Failure to do so constitutes a clear breach of the terms, and this may lead to the immediate suspension of your account on our services. You are responsible for protecting and preserving the password that you use to access the service and therefore for any activities or procedures carried out under your password, whether your password is with our services, or a service provided by a third party. You agree not to reveal your password to any third party. You must notify us as soon as you know of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Intellectual property:
This service, its original content, features and functions are essentially and will continue to be the exclusive property of the Second Opinion medical company, the service is protected by copyright, trademarks and other laws in force in both Saudi Arabia and foreign countries. Our brand shall not use our own trade features to promote another product or service without prior written consent of the second opinion medical company.
Discontinuation:
Second Opinion medical company is entitled to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, breaching the stipulated conditions. When the service is suspended, your right to use the service will cease immediately, if you wish to suspend your account, you can simply stop using the service.
Evidentiary of responsibility:
Using you to serve on your own responsibility. The service is provided based on "as it is" and "as it is available." The service is provided without any guarantees of any kind, whether explicit or implicit, including, but not limited to, implicit guarantees of marketing, suitable for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Changes:
We reserve the right, in our own interpretation, to modify or replace these conditions at any time. In the event of a review, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice before any new conditions come into effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined only at our discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after these audits become effective, you confirm your consent to be bound by the revised terms. Abolition and recovery policy:
The patient can earn 100% of the amount paid if the appointment is cancelled only 24 hours or before. The amount of time lost due to the patient's non-attendance is unrecovered and unscheduled at another time.
